Hope this helps. back in Sept. 2020 during the fire, the City of Talent dropped all extra taxes they were charging on the water bill. Before and up to Sept. 2020, the taxes were included in your water bill. fire came, taxes stopped. City of Talent is back up and running and so are the taxes that they were charging water customers. Now the difference is they are itemizing on your bill, explaining where these taxes are going. Hop this helps somewhat!!!
