Vehicle Parking

Reminder about Parking: You are allowed 2 vehicles per home site. If you have more that 2 vehicles, you must remove one from the park or rent an extra space by RV parking. The NO PARKING ON THE STREET OVERNIGHT is being enforced. Vehicles will be towed at the owners expense.

Home Insurance

Remember if your mobile home insurance has expired any time in the last six months please bring the office a copy of your renew letter. We will be sending out the letters to those that have expired or have not given us a copy of the mobile insurance. This is a requirement of the park.

Fire Hazard

November is Fire Hazard Awareness month; The fall and winter are times when most fires start. Space heaters, under-sized extension cords and candles cause most fires. With space heater, either plug in to the wall or use the appropriate gauge extension cord. Using the wrong gauge extension cord can cause overheating / fire. Remember that a fire at one unit can spread very quickly. Therefore, yards should not be over-full of items that help fire leap from unit to unit. We also recommend that you have a working fire extinguisher (or 2) on hand as a precaution. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Thank you for the role you each play in the endeavor.

We will be resuming the replacing the water meters on the homes in the community within the next couple of months. Some have already been changed. We will notify in advance when your street is being done. Unfortunately, they are not electronically read, so reading will still be door to door.

The recycle company will not pick up boxes that are not broken down and placed inside the recycle containers. So please break boxes down and not sit them on top of the recycle containers.

The free table has been doing really good for the most part, some are still placing items that are not in good shape or clean.

Just a reminder

If you haven’t already, now is a good time to get a flu shot.

Leaves are falling – it is the time of the year for yard clean-up. Please help keep the leaves cleaned up in your yard. That will help with all the leaves that end up on the road.

Parking: You are allowed two vehicles per home site. If you have more than two vehicles, you must remove one for the park or rent an extra space by the RV parking area. The NO PARKING ON STREETS policy is being enforced. Vehicles will be towed at the owners expense. There are many reasons for this rule such as:

  • Mail Delivery
  • Home Transportation
  • Emergency Vehicles

This is a safety issue to ensure that all emergency vehicles have an open and clear street to reach their destination when needed.

We will be resuming the replacement of water meters on all the homes in the community.  Some have already been changed.  We will notify you in advance when your street is being done.  Unfortunately, they are not electronically read, so reading will still be door to door.

The recycling company will not pick up boxes that are not broken down and placed inside the recycle containers.  Please break boxes down and not sit them on top of recycle containers.
